Options to Make Your Event Memorable

Every event is unique. That is why we offer many size and configuration options for room accommodations.  Ruby’s Retreat also offers a variety of meeting room options – both indoor and outdoor.  We also work with you to create creative meal plan options that are tasty and nutritious as well as cost-efficient for any type of group.

Sleeping Accommodations

We have 52 double rooms with two queen beds, 5 suites and one single bed and one single room.

Each room has a great view. Some view to the outside of the building and others to the courtyard between the two wings.

Rooms are equipped with its own private bathroom (some are half baths shared with an adjoining room). Two wings have community showers. There are six showers per wing and with a total of 14 showers in the facility not counting the individual showers in the suites.

Meeting Areas

We have seven meeting  space areas including the Serenity Room, a beautiful screened porch area to be used in the summer and fall.  Outdoor meeting space is also available, weather permitting, in our outdoor courtyard.

We can assist with a local list of great guest speakers and musicians for any type of meeting/event.

Dining Facility

We have two dining area options located centrally at the Retreat Center. These dining areas can accommodate up to 3oo at one time and also be used as meeting areas.

We have a large, full-service kitchen on-site that can be used by your group or we can help cater your event or provide approved catering options.
